Medium size make approximately 20-30 cups of tea     Large size makes approximately 50-60 cups of tea

To make boil 8oz of water and steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs for 5-10 minutes in a glass or ceramic cup and drink. These are loose herbs we do also have reusable steepers and paper tea bags available, you also could use a mesh strainer to strain your herbs and avoid microplastics from plastic tea bags.
